博士後期課程では，世界や日本の文化や自然の遺産に関する研究指導を行っております。研究領域および各教員の指導内容については、FACULTY（教員紹介）の項をご覧ください。
The doctoral program is a comprehensive program, aiming to cover a wide area of matters related to cultural and natural heritage all over the world. For information/matters concerning research areas, research subjects, and prospective academic advisors, please see the “FACULTY” page.

博士後期課程の受験希望者は，以下の内容を３～４枚程度（A4，書式は問わない）にまとめ，下記事務局あるいは指導希望教員宛てに電子メールで送付してください。
- 志望領域
- 希望教員名 （複数名可）
- 研究課題 （これまでの研究内容，および当学位プログラムで研究予定のテーマについて）
- 簡単な自己紹介
We encourage you to establish contact with your future academic supervisor prior to the entrance examination. Please send your academic proposal and the following points within 4 pages (A4, free format) to the office or preferable professor/s per email.
- Field of interest
- Prospective academic advisor (several names possible)
- Research theme (previous research you have conducted, as well as your planned research topic)
- Simple self-introduction

志望する指導教員との研究相談は入試実施日の1週間前までとします。
時間に余裕をもってお申し込みください。
We can accept research consultation with the expected supervisor until a week before the examination date.

次のいずれかに該当する場合は、出願資格審査が必要となります。
- 短期大学または高等学校を卒業した者
- 専門学校または各種学校を卒業した者
- 大学（4年制）を卒業した者
In the following cases, an application qualification inspection will be necessary:
- If your highest level of graduation is a junior college or technical college
- If your highest level of graduation is a vocational school
- If your highest level of graduation is undergraduate (University 4 years) (Bachelor’s Degree)
